About Me

A lot of things have been written about how wonderful Japan is, especially by foreigners who have lived in the country for several years.  Let me share my take on living in Japan, with a different perspective though.

With my limited Japanese language skills, I experience Japan in somehow a different way, as compared to my foreign comrades who have mastered the language.  I don't intend to encourage people to not learn the language.  I just want to share the funny (sometimes not so) bits I experience with almost nil Nihongo.  In this endeavor, maybe I might encourage more "gaikokujin" (外国人) to embrace the language.

The good and the bad of my life in Japan.
