Love Me Some Meat!

I love food. Who doesn't? Coming from a country where a lot of dishes revolve around pork, I'm very much carnivorous.

During the times I go back home, I prepare a list of dishes I want to indulge in. I usually send that list to my mom and she makes sure I can cross everything out during my stay. #lovemymother #mothersareawesome

So, I'm very thankful to have found a restaurant thru #facebooksponsoredads that can satisfy my meat cravings.

In Oizumi (Gunma), there is a little Brazilian town and in this area, there's a buffet restaurant/ supermarket/ bakery/ butcher called Casablanca. It's a small restaurant with just a few tables but the spread is amazing!

Here are some meat options that I like and have pictures of:

Brazilian Crispy Pork Belly

I like this very much because it is reminds me of our own "#lechon kawali" (deep-fried pork belly) ... the tender and juicy meat, topped with crispy skin. To die for!

Churrasco

If eating #churrasco doesn't make you crave for a bottle of beer, I don't know what to think.

The meat just falls off. That's how soft it is.

And the taste is amazing! Each one hits all the flavor spots for a good grilled meat.

Pururuca

This is similar to our "#chicharon" or crispy pork skin. I need a dipping sauce for this (cane vinegar, salt, pepper and salt). It's almost as if each bite increases my cholesterol level but I love it! Die happy, right?

You can gorge on these babies at:
